DINNER TIME by markp

DINNER TIME

This is the same species, maybe even the same butterfly as yesterdays shot, a Green-Veined White Butterfly ( Pieris napi ). This time having his dinner on a Borage sp. flower, and today you can see the top of his wing which resembles a Small White ( Peiris rapae ). Look closely and you can see his proboscis extended into the flower.
Wonderful capture - I've seen these butterflies today but they never stay still long enough for me to get a pic like this - Fav
