In the garden this afternoon and I saw this butterfly flying around and then he landed just in front of me and looked like he had made himself comfortable in the sun. Ran into house for camera and got this. It is a Speckled Wood ( Pararge aegeria ) butterfly, and they seem to be regular visitors to my garden.
