Cycling down around Queensferry, North Wales I had taken a camera today. I had seen this in the distance for a while and as it seemed to be searching for something I had presumed it was a Police Helicopter. Later it had come low over the river and I could see in large black letters down the side ELECTRICITY that it dawned on me it was surveying and checking the many power lines around the area.
