I decided to attack the jungle today not a job to be tackled lightly. Decoded that means drastic pruning of some of the trees and bushes down the garden. Up the ladder hacking away, I heard a noise and four of these little beauties were flitting around in the bush in front of me. All four of these Long Tailed Tits finished up perched on a branch less than 3 feet away from my face, seemingly totally unconcerned by my close proximity. This was taken a bit later on after I was down the ladder. There is another shot of them in my other album today.
Glad to hear you weren't up there on the ladder with your camera :) What a great shot of this new-to-me sweet bird. His markings and coloring are really interesting.
@milaniet Haha, Milanie, it was not up the ladder this time, but it has been up there with me, wobbling around, as I have tried getting other shots. I have not,( maybe tempting fate now) fallen out of a tree with or without a camera recently.
