Looking for photo opportunities, I took Kara to Spike Island to feed the Swans. However she seemed to get fed up throwing bread into the canal and walked over to the grass where there were quite a few Canada Geese. Completely unprompted, and very bravely she walked over to the Geese, holding a lump of bread in her fingers. This equally brave goose came over to her and grabbed the bread from her fingers. No injuries to either party.
Neat shot - when my granddaughter was little she liked to feed the geese - that's a no-no now - they've become too much of a nuisance to people at the park. Those shadows are neat in the shot.
She is brave and lucky!
