@rosiekind Thank you Rosie, nicely spotted, I had not thought to sex it. Yes I think it is a female, you are right about the narrow breast stripe, but the white cheek patch pattern resembles a males, more. So I went back to some other shots of this bird, and they have a white patch on the back of their necks, and the shape on this bird is definitely female. So yes a female. Well done. Apparently, it is also possible to age them as well, but don't think we need to get into that. Lol.
