This Blackbird has not stopped feeding his babies for a couple of weeks now. I did wonder how many chicks there were ? I thought I had spotted two the other day, but today there are at least three hungry mouths forever screaming "feed me ! "
That is a good shot. I have had one feeding its young for ages and I did wonder if it was not big enough to feed itself! I could not get such a clear shot. I also tried to capture it taking all the purple berries off one of the bushes but it always disappeared even if I was in the kitchen looking out. The bush has no berried left now!
