Out canoeing, I saw something in the water, as I got closer saw it was this Small Tortoiseshell, flapping hopelessly on the surface. I managed to get it on to the deck of the canoe, and left it to dry out. Once it was showing a bit more life, I carefully placed it on a bank side plant and left it to enjoy the sun.
Hopefully to fly again.
