@shepherdman Thank you, but I have had years of practise, and many attempts at this bridge.
While I was doing this, there were an old Dutch couple sat on the stage at the bottom of the stairs. They were both painting images of the bridge, and I could look down from the road and see them. His in particular, was a truly stunning water colour painting.
I went down there and we got talking, and I commented about just how good it was. He said that he had been a photographer and an artist for fifty years, but that he was only just a beginner !!
A very talented beginner.
So I might have to keep coming up for a few more years yet.
I got a photograph of his painting but said I wouldn't put it on line unfortunately.
