A female House Sparrow in a Blackthorne Bush. The bush has some wonderful colours in its leaves, and is covered in hundreds of bright red berries. It is near several feeders and would make a wonderful backdrop, for something like say, a Blue Tit, so why oh why will they not come and pose on it.
I have spent far too long out there waiting for that shot.
