Having just jumped through the hedge, the next jump was to the right of this shot. Different riders used different lines, and even though I was off the official course, some of the horses came very, very close before turning away from me.
Fun shots. I used to a bit of hunter/jumper riding many years ago and very poorly but still, these bring back good memories. If you go again, it might be fun to take one of your longer telephotos and try for some closeups of the horses or riders as they go over the jumps.
