Takeaway

Waiting at the local Chinese restaurant. Taken yesterday but I'm allowed to post now because Chinese leftovers taste even better the next day.

It's probably one of the most distasting overhead lights in the world. Or is it a classic example of beautiful ugliness? You tell me.

I actually like all the different shapes it has; keeps the eye wandering around and looking at the whole thing in depth.
As for the ceiling, I'm sorry to say, it's very "American". The dental office I work in (where I am right now; SHH! Don't tell!) has that same kind of ceiling (from what I can tell).

@2thgirl Ha. I know it's a classic system. We have it in the office too :-) I have to admit you won't go the a Chinese restaurant for a lovely romantic diner...

haha yeah, tend to agree, chinese is beteter the next day - and to confirm the point, I had leftover singapore noodles for breakfast on Saturday morning...

I can't decide whether it's beautiful or ugly, but I know that I'd stare at it non-stop if I saw it in the restaurant, so that's a good thing...
