The spider conditions are currently very favorable. For a few weeks now there are many, many spiders around and at least in the allay behind our house you could speak of a plague. It's very hard to get to the end without a web all over your face but this morning the weather was in my favor.
The spider community is probably happy too. They can just wait for their web to dry and don't have to start rebuilding all over again :-)
