Canadian knot

I tie my shoes with a simple but effective knot I learned by my Aunt, living in Canada, when I was little. I call it the Canadian knot, as strong as a double knot and untieable like a single one.

Hrmm now I'm curious, just how do you tie this Canadian knot. I think I tie my shoes the same as everyone else.
