It's February! A new month! And I've decided to do a month of black & white shots. (I think there is a group doing b&w as well, but they are also using daily word prompts so there may be some overlap.)
This was taken in colour then converted in Photoshop. Cool how the different filters affect the black & white conversion! This will be an interesting month of playing around.
I really like this, the way the subtle pattern on the light colored curtain balances the shot. My selfies are always so obviously at arms length. You do a great job with the composition!
@kali66 Cool! Thanks! That book sounds amazing, too. Maybe I'll pick it up! I am traveling at the moment so I'm not sure how often I'll be online to Jin in the conversation, but I will keep checking it out when I can.
