Okay I will say more. That is... boy, it is hard to take food shots that are appetizing. I think the colour is pallid and not especially edible looking.
Ah, the stories I have read about food photography! Most of it (at least in the old days) was completely cheating (using glue for milk, etc). In this one, I might let the bacon get completely cooked and drain out the grease, pat it a bit dry (but not completely) and put it back in skillet and then photograph it, so it has better color and is less "wet" looking. But I don't know - I've never tried to shoot bacon. Maybe I will take a stab at it this weekend! :)
We love bacon here, too. Maybe a different pov but I do like this comp, the light is great. The bacon a little cooked or sizzling may entice the viewer to want go & cook some
