I have a zany idea. I want to cook 10,000 pancakes in 24 hours. I'm in the planning stages now and was talking with Marina about how to do it (like, how many times do you have to double the recipe??? How many pancakes do I have to flip in an hour?? How much flour and eggs will I need???? I am going to need people to sponsor it (like, a buck a pancake) ~ what are the logistics of that?
