I was saying to a friend of mine a few weeks ago while eating tacos at home "You know the world needs? Taco holders!" And lo! Went out for a tasty tasty fish tacos at The Pickled Parrot in Cape Coral Florida and this was how it was presented to me. Deeply impressed! (And delicious too!)
This is another go at photographing food and also major clean up of taco sauce off of the plate and bowl (I didn't think to take a photo when the dish first arrived, so this is mid meal.)
