This is the newest park in Maysville, KY. It is on the banks of the Ohio River & dedicated to the frontier days of our area. You can see Simon Kenton who led families to Kentucky ( https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simon_Kenton). Also notice the buffalo whose early trails formed major roads which are still in use today. In the background is the bridge linking Ohio & Kentucky, named for Simon Kenton.
