E J Knibbs

This clock hangs on a wall in my kitchen. It is unusual in that it chimes, hence the two holes for winding. Unfortunately I cannot find anything out about Mr Knibbs the clockmaker!
How interesting and a lovely perspective

I have found him on Ancestry. His full name is Edwin John Knibbs and he was born in Oxford in 1867. He was married to Emma Elizabeth and on the 1911 census they lived in Bournemouth. He is listed as a jeweller and shopkeeper. They had four children and one had died.
