Bridge over the River Teise

Through a small window at Bayham Abbey a glimpse could be seen of this little stone bridge which is in great need of repair. It is no longer used and now covered in grass where people and horses would have walked
Very nice shot

Lovely shot - really like the tones and texture in the stones. I quite like the way it has not been used for ages - I wonder when was the last time anyone walked across it?

Lots of history here, it looks very old. I bet it could tell a tale or two.

You've done a great job of accentuating the weathered old stone Catherine.
