Cottage

This pretty little cottage is in Rolvenden Layne in the Weald of Kent. Francis Hodgson Burnett rented Great Maytham Hall, located between Rolvenden and Rolvenden Layne, in 1898 and a blocked-up door in the old walled garden inspired her to write "The Secret Garden".
Looks lovely 😊

Beautiful tile hung cottage, half hidden by the trees, but with an enticing path leading your eye to the front door.

How interesting! I love 'The Secret Garden' . This image just makes you want to open the gate and walk up the path, lovely and sharp and great colours.
