Here in Cape Town South Africa we don't get snow, unless it is a few flakes on top of Table Mountain once in twenty years. So I am always fascintated by snow photos like this. It is beyond my comprehension to have a winter that cold.
@skygirl it was a hard winter this year;we had one and a half month with snow and very low temperatures,even -20 deg celsius;and now ,after easter we have already 32 deg celsius!spring has disapeared -from very cold to very hot!
@mihaela - that is such a huge temperature jump! For us, it is just rain, more rain, strong winds and cold. Cold being 12-15' C. We do get very strong winds here, 60km's per hour and even higher. I would love to have a snowy winter.
