After just over 10 years on this amazing site I thought it was probably time for an update. I love the interaction that I have with so many wonderful and talented people from around the world and I have been thrilled to meet several 365ers here in Australia and overseas.

Seeing the world through your eyes is such a joy and I really appreciate your visits, comments and favs.

I'm still managing to take and post a photo every day to my main 365 Album. Some images in my Theme and Extras albums (especially those for month long challenges) may come from my archives.

365 gave me the confidence to join our local photography club and 10 years on I'm still an active member.

Travel is still a big part of our life. We want to travel while we are capable of participating and making the most of the experience. This has been a big year for overseas travel, with trips to Cambodia, Africa and soon Vietnam. The list of places that I want to visit or return to is getting longer rather than shorter.

I am a retired teacher and I live in Rockingham, a coastal city just south of Perth, Western Australia. I decided to start 365 on my 60th birthday. I love to take photos and I am hoping that the project will help me to develop my skills in photography. My other interests include traveling, reading and soap making. I look forward to seeing other people's photos and getting feedback on mine and to learning from the advice of others.
