Caught by Surprise

I was taking practice shots by the window when this female ruby-throated hummingbird showed up. I got so excited I even got the tripod out. Waited for almost 2 hours but she didn't come back :(

@juliac I hung mine 2 weeks before they are expected to arrive here in NJ. Today I finally made myself hold the feeder and see if my friend hummingbird will already feed while I hold it...HE DID! :)
