Weeping cherry tree

These are in full bloom and are such a pretty tree. We planted a small one in our yard a few years ago but the deer ate the bark off the trunk so it didn't survive.

@betsylou If we had wrapped trunk protection tape around the trunk, the tree would probably have survived. I didn't think deer would eat it.

Nice shot. I love these trees. Years ago, there was a HUGE weeping cherry in the neighboring house where we lived at the time and I fell in love with them then.
