PPG Place by mittens

PPG Place

Pittsburgh, PA. For today's word of "Landmark."
PPG Place consists of 6 buildings that were opened between 1983 and 1984.
This beautiful architecture adds a distinctive shape to the Pittsburgh skyline.
It contains offices, retail shops and eating places plus an ice skating rink outside for all to enjoy.

Thank you very much for your wonderful comments.
Whoa, that is fascinating

Great POV! Well captured. We have some shiny buildings in Dallas that have been actually contriversial because of their tremendous glare! These may be situated better. They are gorgesous!

Love the way you composed this shot and like Glenda says it reminds me of ice castles. Pittsburgh is a fascinating city. It's been a long time since I was there (60s) but I liked it even way back then.
