I'm not sure if this is an apartment building but whatever it is, I thought it was very interesting looking. There is a man on the balcony so I guess people live in it. We weren't able to stop so I took this out the window of the car while my husband was driving.
From the other picture, and the crossing gate, could have been a railroad hotel at one point in its life. Looks like someone is at lest trying to fix the upper windows, but the rest of the building could use a lot of work.
