I don't know the story of these painted cement blocks but we thought they were really interesting at one of the views of Lake Erie.

Interesting graffiti art against the lovely lake. There are concrete blocks like this on the North East coast left over from WW1 when they were used to prevent landings onto the beaches from the North Sea
