This was actually taken in October 2013. Since he is yellow, I will use him for Children's Cancer Awareness Month. He was sitting in the river at the Point in downtown Pittsburgh, PA, and drew a huge amount of attention.
@bruni Thank you Bruni. Kids would not be able to climb on the ducky since it is pretty deep where it is docked. The people you see are walking on a wharf next to the river.

@pyrrhula Thank you Pyrrhula. That is what this duck is. In looking it up, I discover that each city builds its own duck designed after Forentine Hofman's duck. It did spread joy to people here who sat it.
