We visited East Liverpool, OH, and were told we could stand at this lookout point and see both Pennsylvania and West Virginia...so we're standing in Ohio and looking across the river and seeing West Virginia in one direction and Pennsylvania down the river in the other direction which we thought was pretty cool.
