The last weekend of every month the main square is reserved for pedestrians. All vehicles - including buses - are diverted to nearby streets. Obviously, this lady didn't know it, and was waiting for her bus... and also obviously she hadn't read the notice just over her head where they offer detailed information about this diversion and about where the buses stop.

I don't know how long she had been waiting, but just after I took the photo a young employee from the bus company came to explain things to her. They are always there in case the tourists don't understand the information. This lady was no tourist, tough. She just hadn't read it.
