We visited the Young Peoples Book Bash at Aston Hall,Birmingham and local Hindu women were hand painting,alongside the usual face painting. These intricate designs were completed in seconds,with henna,and will wear off in about a week.What was even nicer ,for me, is that I used to work as a health visitor in this area and could have held these young women when they were babies. What goes round comes round!
