Moominmomma is sometimes my alter ego, sometimes my real self,never sure which as God has'nt finished with me yet... I love children, chocolate,solitude,nature,music of all...
I instantly could smell that smell of freshly dried sheets on the line! My Mom always dried her sheets on the line.
But that's a rare sight here now... believe it or not... clotheslines have actually been banned in some cities and towns around Boston because they are.... ready for this?.... "unsightly"...!
@parkerriverkid Oh,Patricia,that is soooo the Boston I remember...and loved. So very 'english',eh? But I love my washing line and use it as often as our British weather allows!
