Inner City Farmhouse...Blakesley Hall.

So hard to believe that this timber framed Elizabethan farmhouse is within a stones throw of Britains second city, lovingly preserved and tended by Birmingham City Council.
Beautiful -was it was mine!

@netkonnexion @jmj It is a small miracle that it has survived in such a condition! Originally owned by a member of the new 'gentry' as a working farm, just outside the then village of Yardley, about three miles from Birmingham's centre.Thank you both for your interest.
