....pink.especially pink roses. is about being surrounded with love. and that is how I want to feel over the next few days. I'm having a PET scan tomorrow at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, to determine whether a small lesion in my right lung is malignant or not. I am asymptomatic and never felt better in my life,so all this has come as a bit of a shock.Sharing it with my 365 friends because I get so much pleasure from you all and would much appreciate any positive thoughts you can send my way! Should have the results by Friday...

I'm a strong believer in the power of positive thinking. Keep you chin up and we shall all be thinking of you and hoping for a good result on Friday. In the meantime, this is a wonderful shot of these beautiful roses. I can almost smell their scent because they are so lovely.

Just waiting now to see what treatment will be suggested...hoping they'll leave it alone... So grateful for your prayers and good wishes that help a great deal when you face a time like this.I am a very positive person, but I have to admit, the body went on auto pilot! However, more experience under the belt and they do say steep learning curves stop premature ageing.... What does'nt kill you,strengthens you, is a truism,I think. Onward...
