Waiting in Ambush

This teeny tiny Ambush Bug is a ferocious predator in the garden. Sorry for all the Rudebekia photos..but that is where all the cool bugs hang out. ;)

@friend2303 thanks!My bug lense is a canon macro efs 60mm.It's only flaw is that it does not stabilize itself.So 10 blurry shots to one of any clarity.:)

An unusual little bug......I've never seen one of these little guys before. Beautiful close up.....the colours are wonderful! On a side note, I had to smile when I when I read your comment re. 10 blurry shots to one of any clarity, as I have the same lens, and as much as I love it, I totally hear you :-)

What a really great capture of a really cool bug. He/she looks like a predator. I have never seen a bug like this or maybe just haven't gotten close enough. You even got the detail in it's eye.
