I have to fav this beefore they have all gne! I have never had no interest in bees or any kind of insects before, now I find myself searching for them & usually think of you :-)
@friend2303 Andy Gibson is a really good friend of mine....we're always chatting on FB, and he shoots with a Nikon, and swears by the 105mm.....here's his link http://365project.org/andysg/365
@jacjacs68 Thank you so much Jackie!! That makes me feel good. Used to love to share my love for them with the kids in my class. Now that I am retired.. you all have to put up with me. :)
Beautiful macro. I will miss them also, thanks to you. So glad of your interest in insects...because I now too have developed an interest in them. Hope some day to capture some of them like Hope!
Hi Hope. As your get pushed partner for the week I have gone through your albums and must say you have some amazing shots. I particularly love your macro insect shots and how you have so much knowledge on the creatures you've captured.
I was thinking that a good challenge for you is to turn that macro lens onto something man-made. Bonus points if the object is made from inorganic materials.
@dtigani Thank you so much! I am going to try really hard to get the extra credit. Its hard when you live in a log cabin..but I am ready for the challenge!
@ness50@ingrid2101@nanderson It is scary how fast summer flew by! We will see lots of bees and wasps now as their season, and in some cases their lives, come to a close. They go into a kind of feeding frenzy now.
