Forest Fire

The fire service did a wonderful job putting out a forest fire that was burning today in the woods up the mountain behind our cabin.This copter flew back and forth all afternoon collecting water from the lake.All is well now.Firefighters are awesome!

Fabulous capture. These firefighters are just amazing. Your picture does bring a lump to my throat as recently two of our flying firefighters lost their lives in a helicopter accident, whilst fighting a bush fire.

Helicopters are great, fire fighting , transporting behind enemy lines, transporting victims to hospital, rescue at sea. Prince William is taking up a post as a pilot with Norfolk Air Ambulance. This is a great capture
