It was going to be a before and after haircut shot but I was so depressed with the shots I took (even though I like the cut) I couldn’t do it. Getting older sucks!
You're braver than me to even consider "haircut selfies". I have to disagree that getting older sucks. I'm really happy with this stage of my live. I'm older, fatter and wrinklier, but I"m having a ball :) PS I love your banksias :)
I would love to see your haircut, I was looking for it!! I’m sure you’re being way too hard on yourself. (But I know how you feel .....@anniesue suggested I model the earrings I posted a couple weeks ago and I deleted every photo I took. )
I'm so impressed by the people my age who are proud and pleased by the way they look. I almost never like pictures of myself (today's facebook picture excluded, but of course I covered the wrinkles up with props!)
I totally empathise with not liking the way one looks. I was browsing for some foundation whilst Nikki and Barry were doing some household shopping, and got such a fright at what I saw in the mirror in the bright lights of the Clicks store that I couldn't face thinking about foundation any longer!
