So you must be on your way home then? Admittedly it's been a long time since I travelled that way. I loved Singapore as a stopover to spend a day or two - beautiful clean city, lush parks and greenery. Amazing Koi and orchids ... but it was the shiny and new part that made it a "been there, done that" place rather than a repeat destination. I guess I'm just not that into retail therapy.
@seacreature nor are we Desi. We spent the day in the Botanical Gardens and we’re staying out of all that shiny newness in Little India. And it really is! The streets are all beautifully decorated for Deepavali, with fabulous market stalls and the best Indian food I’ve eaten since India. 😍
Gee that seems to have come around quickly. I've enjoyed sharing your holiday. The gardens in Singapore are beautiful. The butterfly enclosure at the airport is worth a look if you have time when you fly out :)
