Almost 30m

It took him a while, but Max eventually made the most of his 30m of Venetian cord freedom 😂 This was my attempt at “come back” training out in the big wide world. He did pretty well ❤️🐶

Oh my goodness - Is that Max at the tree line? I thought it was a huge area with a deer way over there (like the border collie on the surf board but this time I could identify it (not))

@narayani I'm nervous about letting mine off lead, too, and they're bigger than Max. Rocky is good about coming when called except for one thing. We have coyotes. Rocky hates coyotes and will attack them on sight. Rocky considers himself the alpha dog and will take on anything. It's his one terrier attribute. A coyote would consider Rocky to be lunch. And Piki Dog would just join in the fun because if Rocky's doing it, he must do it too. So they are not off lead unless there is a big fenced area and no possibility of coyotes.
Or cats. Rocky hates cats, too.
