Etwall - comes from Etewelle, meaning Etta’s water, Eatta was a 7th century Saxon leader.
The well is in the centre of the village and there is a wells dressing festival in May
St Helen’s Church - dates from the 12th century with elements from the 15th, 16th and 17th centuries. It is a Grade 1 listed building
