We took a little trip to North Carolina over Christmas vacation. A very beautiful state! This is a shot from under a small pier at a beach we visited. Funny, everyone else wanted to walk on the top! Of course I had to go underneath for the best view! ;o)

Great symmetry, great POV, wonderful colors! I love this image -- fav! I lived in NC for about 5 years many years ago. It really is a wonderful state with so many different kinds of areas. I wish I had known more about photography back then!
