Met an old friend who I had not seen for over 13 years. We decided to meet at the London Canal Museum and take a walk along the canal towards Camden Lock. This is a picture of a narrowboat stack smoking gently in the breeze, just loved the texture of the paint on the chimney and the background of new buildings.
It was hard to believe as we walked along that we were in the centre of London.
Worth a walk with the camera certainly as the owners of the narrowboats start to get the boats ready for the boating season
Nice shot, great pov! The walk along Regents canal is fascinating - I walked from Kings Cross railway station to Paddington canal basin along the canal towpath last summer and thoroughly enjoyed it (and took loads of photos!)

Yes only went from Kings X to Camden but really enjoyed it. I am looking to doing the other way and hopefully getting to the Olympic Stadium.
