Dunstable Downs by padlock

Dunstable Downs

Very grey here today, so went to the Downs to see if I could get a good people shot. So cold very few people around and if they were out they were well wrapped up and hurrying. So thought this would do, loads of smokey fires in the plain, not sure where they were.
Highlight of the day, went out with Baby P in the car his first drive ever with me. I have to say he was fine but as ever with him he mad me howl. When we got to the gym he said he wasn't being rude but could he run as he needed the loo!!!
Very pretty countryside.

Dull day, nice view. Bit like from Devil's Dyke, Brighton, on the South Downs. Interesting high point your day had!

nice rolling landscape - one snowy winter we tobogganed down Dunstable Downs

That grey sky says it all! Seems like it's all we've had for months. When I was at school in Dunstable we used to go cross-country running on the downs - absolutely knackering!

Cool touch of light on the sky - a serene shot - lucky it was only baby Padlock that was in a hurry - his driving must be ok if you didn't have to rush off too…..

Believe me or not, but I like this capture because you can look so far in the distance. I am sitting in the mountains and a view like that for me is luxury :0)
