Sumartran Tiger. by padlock

Sumartran Tiger.

Another endangered species of Tiger. To adapt to its life in heavy jungle the whiskers are the longest on any tiger to help it navigate in the forest and sense its prey. The stare has no charity and is fixating I think.

Hope you all have a good weekend, enjoy wherever you are and take 10 minutes just to sit, breathe and enjoy the moment.
Beautiful detail. He does look rather pre-occupied. Katharine

Great crop. I love the detail of his markings, and so clear that the different hair types really stand out.

Such magnificent animals! Will definitely heed your worthwhile advice, starting now with a glass of rose in the garden!

The whiskers were the first thing I noticed -- mainly because they're so long! A lovely portrait of a noble beast.

Wonderful shot! I was talking to a girlfriend last night, she had been to Shepreth near Cambridge but said her favourite 'wildlife park' was Hamerton, near Peterborough.....
