loving your concept for the series. in the old country, the kind of mango we have tasted so much like the canned peaches from america. we have this kind of mango, too, but i like the other kind. this one has a funny after taste. very nice, dixie.

@summerfield The kind I love are smaller and I think are called champagne mangoes. These remind me of the smell of evergreens but I still like them
