My family might be healthier if we did not all love to cook and eat together but it is one source of joy to pass on the recipes from generations gone and share them with the kids of your kids. We need to find healthier recipes though because we also pass on some sugar related problems
Some of those family recipes you can modify and healthify (is that a word??), but somehow they just don't taste the same. Better to take another walk instead! Fun shot.
