I was born in 1963 and this little guy has a trademark date of 1964. He doesn't look like any other troll doll I have ever seen but my Grandma called him my troll. I remember being at her house and losing him and he turned up under the front edge of the couch. Grandma said he must have rolled under by himself. So I put him back a few inches from the couch and watched. He didn't move. But wouldn't you know, after lunch he had rolled under again, and it repeated many times but only at grandmas house. I think he didn't like my parent's couch as much.
This is my first picture for the November Self-storage challenge. Matching the stories to the little keepsakes no one else would know to treasure
Oh, too funny your collection also starts in 1964 as mine does. I just added my first selfstorage shot today then came by to your site and see that this little guy was also created in 1964! Great story and cute shot!
I had a book called the Rackety Packety House which convinced me that all my dolls came to life when I left the room. No matter how quiet I was or how quickly I dashed back in my room after pretending to leave, they ALWAYS knew I was coming. They must have known your troll. (o: Cute fellow!!
